Many projects are emerging in renewables sector where 25 years of experience in hydro power, wind on-shore and off-shore and floating wind may contribute significantly to reduce project risk and ensure its performance.

As an example, for floating wind projects, we will focus on  :

• technical risks, either coming from a one unit first of kind project, or coming from a serial defect on a portfolio of commercial wind farms

• execution risks, coming from the uncertainties of supply chain availability, from the industrialization capabilities of the components and from the planning complexity where many assets shall be mobilized and at the same time for floater load-out, birthing, WTG integration, towing .. in ports busy with higher value activity such as construction yards and tourism.

• interface risk, coming from the lack of established contracting model that parties are familiar in executing their scope and taking standard liabilities.
